We will provide you with your order history, details around your orders and enable you to handle your account settings (including marketing preferences), save items in your shopping bag, and rate and review the products you've purchased from us. To provide you with relevant product recommendations, BY TERRY will process your data including, but not limited to, navigation, browsing and shopping history and product reviews, as well as the data you submitted to us. Should you purchase goods on the BY TERRY website, you may be sent an email requesting whether you would like to review the product you have purchased.
The processing of your personal data is based on your consent when you open your account with BY TERRY or Expert Club and we will keep your data for as long as we have your active account. You have the right to withdraw your consent from the processing of your personal data at any time by closing your account(s) with BY TERRY and/or Expert Club.
Competitions and promotions
We, or authorised third parties who act on our behalf, will process your data when you enter our competitions or promotional events. Your personal data will be used for BY TERRY to administer promotions, competitions and/or prize draws including, but not limited to, contacting contestants and delivering prizes.
The processing of your personal data is based on your consent when you choose to enter a competition. You have the right to withdraw your consent for the processing of your personal data at any time. When you do so, BY TERRY will not be able to provide you with the services mentioned above.
