Poor customer service
1I have had a bad experience ordering directly with By Terry. I ordered two mascara's at the end of November and have only received one. Despite emailing a number of times I still haven't received a the second one which is disappointing as it was supposed to be a Christmas present and it is now 21/12!

5Great for longer looking lashes. Rubber brush separates lashes. Washes off easily.

5Semplicemente favoloso allunga le ciglia le volumizza ruotando lo scovolino, effetto ciglia finte ma naturale,non impasta è semplicemente favoloso già riacquistato due volte.

5Incredible. I have a recurring issue with mascara’s that it rubs off so easy but this long lasting mascara gives length & curls up plus the twist top feature is soooooo cool.

Good mascara for natural look.
3The packaging is lovely and I do love the By Terry brand. This product gives a natural look however I prefer a more intense and dramatic mascara and sadly this is not as good as my favourite YSL False Eyelash effect.
