Tracking your order

Please note that the preparation time for your order at our warehouse is typically 1 to 3 business days, depending on our logistics activity. During peak periods or for orders placed at the end of the week, this timeframe may be slightly extended, as our warehouse is closed on weekends. Therefore, orders placed late in the week are usually prepared and dispatched at the beginning of the following week.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link, allowing you to follow your parcel's journey in real time.

Please note that tracking information may take a short time to appear after shipment. This is completely normal, as the carrier must first receive and scan the parcel into its network before tracking updates become available.

Once your parcel is in transit, the carrier's standard delivery timeframes will apply.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to US surrounding islands and territories (such as Puerto Rico and other US-associated islands using specific ZIP codes). Any orders placed for these locations cannot be fulfilled, will be automatically refunded, and customers are invited to provide a valid shipping address located on the US mainland if possible.
