ORDER CUSTOM CLEARANCE DELAYS

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen customs and border clearance delays, delivery is taking longer than expected for some orders.
We understand how frustrating this is and want to assure you that we are closely monitoring the situation with our logistics partners to ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible.
Please note that if your order has not moved, it is due to it being held in customs. We have no visibility on the time it will take for orders to clear through customs.

Most local carriers deliver orders between 9am to 5pm local time, Monday to Friday. We reserve the right to change the carriers and services we use at any time.

Tracking your order

After your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from the BY TERRY Customer Support team. We dispatch most of our orders the next working day; however, during busy times, it may take up to 3 days.

Within 3 days from placing your order you will receive an email that provides a link and a carrier tracking number, so that you can track your order.
