Tracking your order

After your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from the BY TERRY Customer Support team; however, during busy period or for orders placed on Friday, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Within 3 days from placing your order you will receive an email that provides a link and a carrier tracking number, so that you can track your order.
